This looks like the OEM original for a AC 712 714 716 or Simplicity 7016 

Kelch were the OEM supplier to AC/Simplicity (you can see manufact name on back)

Note sure if AC 720 was same size shaft/bolts

Very hard to find

I purchased one on eBay a few years back - no issues for my AC 716H 

Great price

I'm leaning towards take the shaft from a combine and cutting/drilling it into an adapter to run shallow dish 7000 series wheels on mine.  The diameter and offset are really close
