Thought I would share a picture of the progress on the 200. I painted the sheet metal and then painted again after putting back on. The Hiniker cab is painted and ready to install. Rims are painted and ready for tires. Thanks for looking.

Thanks for sharing. I think your idea of painting frame/engine/rearend & sheet metal once over. Then assembling them and then painting them again is a great thinking. All those bolts or little placement etches get a final coating of paint. Very good!

This one still has a job to do, this tractor does all the spraying, ditching and in the fall it gets put on the grain auger. This all started when Dad said he would like a cab like the one he has on the other 200. No heat or AC just something to block the sun while spraying. The glass wont even get put in the cab. We found a cab but of coarse the paint colors were off so I finally talked him into painting the cab and tractor. Did lots of little repairs while apart too, new remote hyd hoses, water pump, rad flush, tighten shifter linkage, fuel tank liner and pumped the calcium out of the tires. It was time to get that stuff out, the stem holes where just starting to get rusted bigger and the rims had layer of rust in spots 1/8 thick. He gonna wind up spending a little more on this one than he thought originally but he will have a depenable, sound tractor for a long time. Thanks for the replies.
