I have a 6080 that is leaking compression around one injector nozzle. I pulled the injector but I don't see where the O ring goes. I had a mechanic change the nozzles recently but this one nozzle is leaking. Perhaps he failed to install o ring.

There's no oring to seal compression, these use the tapered fit in the bottom of the copper tube in the head to seal. No washer of any kind is used in the bottom. Sounds like either your bolts are bottoming out not clamping it all the way down, or he put in washers that don't belong.

Yeah, better hope that the correct injectors were used and no additional parts were added to seal the injector to the copper tube. Otherwise, a head removal may be involved. Maybe just some dirt fell in the hole, which isn't good either.
