Won't shut off with switch. Can't seem to find one. Wonder if a universal switch will work? Prefer the paddle stop I can push with my knee. Thanks

May be way too basic, but didn't those have that little yellow key deal that had to be inserted into the red switch button to turn it on/off?

yes, any Heay Duty swtich will work... Mine is 220v and i used a double pole, single throw switch like a light switch.. but rated at 20 amps and twice as big.. Still fits in the standard 2 x 4 box.. ... Look on AMAZON and type in 220v switch and you can get light switch, paddle switch, similar to breaker handle, etc..

something like this...

Thanks Steve, that Home Depot switch is the type I want. My saw is 110 . I'll take my old out and go from there.
