I want to install a 2 speed pto in my 180 diesel. Will the parts from a 200 tractor fit my 180? Thanks.

It depends. The lift arm housing (that houses the actual 540/1000 RPM gears) will interchange. The lift arms are different, so you'd have to swap them. The PTO shaft that goes from the lift arm housing forward to underneath the Power Director clutch is shorter on a 180/185, so that doesn't work. If the PTO clutch box configuration is the same between the two tractors (mechanical style or hydraulic clutch style) it will interchange as will the gear up inside that has to be swapped with the 540/1000 clutch box.

So if the donor 200 has the hydraulic pto, as my 180 does, I need to swap lift arms and find the correct internal pto shaft. The correct internal pto shaft must be from a 180/185 with the two speed pto? Thanks.

Yes. Correct. The shaft inside the rear end directly under the seat must be from a 180/185 dual speed PTO.
