This might not be the answer you want to hear, but that rim looks pretty solid compared to many that I (and others) have dealt with. Definitely needs some repair around the valve stem, but that's standard-op for most old rims. You might have a hard time finding some in better condition than that.
Myself, I'd break them down, cut out the bad sections, cut donor sections out of other rims (usually you can make a piece from any donor rim work with some heating and bending - doesn't have to be identical), and weld them in. If the bad patch is only a small area around the valve stem, you don't even have to use a piece from a donor rim; Some 10 or 12 gauge plate can usually be bent to fit. If you're good with a welder and flap disc, you'll never notice the repair once it's painted. And if you don't want to do it yourself, repairing rims like that is pretty common practice for any small welder/hobby shop, so I'm sure there's someone nearby who could do it.
It may sound lie a lot of work, but it's easier than it sounds. And it would save you weeks spent searching for other rims (that might not be in much better shape once you find them).
