 I have a NOS sleeve that has no part number on the box. It has a 3 7/8 bore and has part # 4023099 stamped on the top. None of the master parts index's have this number in them. I am thinking that it is for a 190 but i have never had a 190 engine apart so i don't know what they look like.  Thanks Matt
