Saw one on a D19 at a show a few years back. I didn't really care for it all that much. Would cost a lot more than paint and not look as good.

And of it wasn't a perfectly straight grille screen, it would like like dog poo.

Local guy around here did his Series IV and didn't like it and replaced with another painted one. I think he still has the chromed one but I'd need to check. What really set his tractor off, (IMO) was chroming the control handles and shift levers. Those were a nice touch and did not approach gawdy. The tractor is a very nice restoration purchased new by the family at the implement dealer I help out.

If you want to see what it would look like, get a can of chrome spray paint. It won't be a perfect chrome, but it will at least give you an idea what it would look like. That way if you don't like it, you're only out about $10.

I didn’t like the idea of a chrome grill. But that D19 looks good!     | |

Maybe get a set of tall spoked  chrome rims to go with the chrome grill.

After that he'll be installing a thumping stereo and a way to make it jump up and down at red lights on a tractor ride

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere. Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY
