I have CA that I'm trying to mount a 80R to the back. I bought the manual but it doesn't show pictures whit a ca so was wondering if anyone had one that they could take pictures of? Thanks in advance

The CA is plenty of tractor to handle an 80R mower. Thinking otherwise is like thinking you need a 100+HP tractor to pull a hayrake. I've mowed more acres than I care to remember with an 80R on a CA tractor. The proper brackets are needed. If you manual doesn't have the mounting pictures for the CA tractor, the D12 and CA share all the same mounts, which are different than any other tractors. The D10 will share the CA/D12 drawbar mount but uses a different balance bar mount.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

Thank you all for the response, I do have the one bracket for under the tractor but I think it's not a ca bracket. I'm willing to weld up what ever I need to just don't know where it should attach.
I bought the mower a 3 bottom plow and a 8 ft duck foot plow form a guy for $50 guy got it with his property and had no idea what it was 😂. The tractor my grandfather gifted to me for my highschool graduation. I bought the mower not knowing that he actually had a 80t mower he uses to have back in the day. So I want to get this on the CA to make a good pair |

I’ll look later but the operators manual should show how to mount it. The parts book shows the different brackets needed

Here is a link to a 4 minute Video of a NF CA mowing with an 80R. Enlarge the Picture and stop the Video at the 1.0 minute mark for a rear view. This is a later Model CA with the new Snap Coupler set up. This may be required because the Mower Mounting Bracket normally gets installed on the Tractor in place of the Drawbar. Is your Rear Axle Hand Clutch functional because that would be a handy feature with the mower. G https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RPkaoPONT4 |
