Does anyone have the part number for the foam strips and bolt seals for the top roof panel? Not sure if the AGCO number includes everything. Many thanks.

Factory seals weren’t worth my time. I siliconed all bolt and edges. No more leaks….Sorry that sounds abit brazen but for as much work went into building the best cab of the day then putting bolts with rubber washers through a flat roof panel. I’ve been down this road replacing all that stuff just for the roof to leak and ruin my nice new interior. Last time I did the roof I siliconed it and I’m not afraid to let it sit in a rain storm now

Stainless steel bolts and flat washers. We get the rubber washers from our local hardware store. Do not overtighten. I have not replaced the foam underneath but campershell/bedrail adhesive foam doubled up may work pretty well. Silicone is fine but not reusable like the washers.
I'm lucky enough that all my tractors are under roof most the of the time. Leon B |

Uncle always said "Fill the back of the shovel and the front will take care of itself".

Go to hardware store for your foam strip. I paid plenty from AGCO to find it's nothing special. Silicone the bolts/washers....

Also apply anti-seize to the bolts I have had the bolts twist off while trying to remove the top because the rubber around the bolts will deteriorate

This worked for me as well, can't recall the thickness but you'll need two different thicknesses for the sides and the front and back, adhesive on one side not both I ran a bead of silicone along the outside edge of the foam as well to create a bit of a "ramp" to keep the water back, so far no leaks.

The roof doesn't leak. It's got an amber beacon on top that I want to remove.
I used the kit from AGCO on my 6080 around 10 years ago and have not had any problems. I just wanted to know if the part number on the AGCO website has everything I need. I doubt my local dealer will know. |

That’s what I did. Siliconed the bolts and around the edges.
