Beat my arch nemesis red tractor again. The announcer embarrassed me good, she kept talking about this for quite some time, first time at a pull.

7040, they call it hotfarm, has to have a stock appearing pump so it has an AMBAC rotary.

Very nice run! Little hard to handle at the beginng,, Luv the gal anouncing, she kept it real and added life in the pull!

You might have been right the first time.  Normally I launch at about 3200 RPM keeping one hand on the wheel and one on the throttle, front end always comes up and before it settles I can the throttle.
Not this time, panicked maybe? Maybe cause I stabbed at the brake my other hand came off, dontno.

Nearly 40 years ago, I had a slow 3rd/7th made for the 220 that we campaigned at the time. So, we had 6th for the 11K class, slow 7th/5 1/2 gear for the 13K class and regular 5th for the 15K class. The trouble for the onlookers was when I was in slow 7th they thought I was in 5th and couldn't figure out why I was beating them !!
