For some reason, over the past several months the gas cap on my 720 will not easily come off as it used to. I have to use considerable pressure to lift and remove it. Yes, the nob parts on the cap are lined up with the notches in the neck of the tank, so that is not the issue. Any ideas? Thanks, Dave

It may be the gasket sticking? My 720 would be running fine and then shut off. 20 minutes later it would start and run for 5 minutes and shut off. I lifted the hood and noticed the tank sides were sucked in. Removed the cap and the tank took a big breath of fresh air and the tank sides returned to their normal shape. Replaced both of my 720 caps with one with a gauge . Problem solved.

Yeah, its like the cap shrunk up or something. Hot or cold, it doesn't want to easily come off. Crazy thing!
