My neighbor, Jerry, restored this thing and brought out out to one of our local Tuesday night car shows earlier this year.  He can remove the skis and fit wheels to drive it on the street to the show.
Only one I've ever seen.

What if you have to stop quickly, does it have brakes?

I would imagine friction is your brakes, just point into the wind, for emergency braking!Wink
