Looked at an Allis Chalmers manure spreader that's for sale,it looks about the size of a IH Model 200.Pretty good condition except the big beater chain drive sprocket has several teeth missing.Any chance of ever locating a good sprocket? And what sort of value do these have? Couldn't find a tag or model number,it did have Allis Chalmers on the side in the style of something 50's or 60's.

Hmm ok. Maybe go to agco parts look up manure spreader. Look through and see if you find what it looks like. 95,140,180 are some of the Allis models or is it the front discharge 110. If you get part number. We have good amount of spreader parts. Some of them shared parts with new idea spreaders to.

Chances of finding the original Allis sprocket are minimal, but from the Agco parts book for it (link below) it looks like that sprocket was for #62 chain. Lots of sprockets are available for #62 chain size from several manufacturers if you look online - you just need to get the tooth count and bore/key size correct. Chances are you'll order it with a minimum plain bore, then have to take it to a machine shop to be bored/keyed to suit your beater shaft. Pretty standard practice for any machine shop. I actually went a tooth or two smaller on my old IH spreader beater drive when I needed a new beater sprocket, just to spin the beater a little faster and get a little better break-up/spread of the heavy clumps.
Agco parts book for that spreader: One example of #62 sprocket supplier: Another example of #62 sprocket supplier:

According to the good book, models 95, 140, and 180 were built in LaPorte.

Sprocket 533887 superseded to 538026. Or in new idea it’s L-386A or 121SR
We had in new idea but sold last one few years ago
