I still need a radiator for my 1972 7gb track loader. It has an ac 3500 turbo charged engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's been a year since I was down there. My machine leaks slowly from radiator top, but as a farm machine (maybe 100 hrs/year) I just tolerate it. I thought about using a semi radiator or piggyback a couple of big pickup radiators together, if it ever blows out completely. Luckily, Allis overbuilt the cooling system capacity.

Try K-Seal. It stopped 3 out 4 leaks on mine. I still have one leak at the bottom of the radiator that it has not stopped. No one will repair it they all say it needs to be replaced. A new core is anywhere between $2,800 and $4,000. or more. The cheapest is 1 800 Radiator.

I have an HD5 with a more or less worn out radiator. The old fix just about anything repair guy would work on ever year or so. He quit and thankfully we had another still fixing radiators. He looked and said junk, needs a core. I begged one more time. I have no money for a new core, so he did. Of course it was leaking again soon. Saved my pennies and went back to have him put a core in. He looks and say I can fix that you don't need a core. It has had very little run time since, but is still holding.
The last guy closed for covid. Decided what income he had from rental property and SS was enough, and never reopened the radiator shop. So it is now send them with the NAPA store or drive the 1 1/2 to 2 hours to find a shop. Radiator repair another almost lost art. If you have another shop see if they will try to fix yours. Or try the same guy and see if he is having a better day. Because I total shocked to have the guy say he could fix it.
