Cool, interesting to see the old-style A-C graders at work. Agree that the pace is quite leisurely compared to modern civil engineering contracts.
It's good that the Missouri State archives have spent the time digitising the film, I guess that there's a lot more material like this sitting on dusty shelves somewhere.
