No longer taught in some schools districts, found hurts Asian Immigrant Feelings. Found out from Nephew in Dallas.
Our family has a member still On
Duty in the Arizona.

Dave, Thank you for the reminder. This day as well as 9-11 are two dates we should never forget. And we should not neglect teaching history just because someone gets their feelings hurt.

Don't watch local much at all but doubt they did. Remarkably, History Channel and American Heroes Channel had nothing as well

In my opinion; The dates 12/07/1941 and 9/11/2001 should be in any and all books used to teach our history in "all schools in the U S A". IF it hurts your feelings by being reminded of these dates, maybe they have inner feelings of guilt they need to deal with!! Both of my parents lost family members during WW2. |

Well, I have never liked the fact that SO FEW can effect a change such as these two dates ,,, If they are ashamed of what their ancestors did against the United States,,,,then, maybe, "They Should be ashamed" to serve as a reminder to others,,,,,,

WHERE does the NEA get ALL the power that they have?? They are rewriting history so it doesn't hurt somebodys feelings. We MUST teach history as it was!! Lest we repeat it......which coincidentally is going on now with Israel and Hamas. Remember Hitler?
