Saw a post on facebook with a 200 with a cream colored decal. We had a 1972 model and it had a black back ground decal like our 185. Comments ?

More than likely a super cheap e-bay special. I have seen some real abominations recently.

The 200 came out in 1972 (I think?), It was in the era of "black stipe" decals (175, 185, even the black stripe 160). All the black stripe used the number, where the (prior years) used the wording (One-Seventy, One-Eighty, One-Sixty).
I never saw a cream stripe 200 or 175 or 185. I agree with Myron that those decals were probably a (bad) aftermarket knockoff.

My guess is either faded, or custom sign shop job. Speaking of the low cost close enough decals, they do make them in black stripe with a number for 180 and 190 lol! Those don't look bad, just sad when someone puts them on backwards! lmfao!

My 200 is #95xx and has always had black decals with a white border and white letters and numbers. I've had it almost 45 years.
185, #133XX has same decal coloring, black with white border, letters and numbers. 180, #19xx is white with black border, letters and numbers.

ED ,It is funny !!! ,had a customer I was putting a clutch in his tractor ,I ask him who put the decals on the wrong side. Look on his face was priceless. He said the are ? and just laughed .When he picked tractor up he told me the Painter ordered another set and was going to replace them. He never noticed. was almost a year that it was painted.
