What have people done for a new seat? Agco? Am I the only one who thinks Grammer”s website sucks? There’s a number to call Grammer, I’ll do that but looking for suggestions please.

WHICH SEAT ???  That "luxury seat" was fairly nice when it was brand new, but the suspension was short lived and difficult to fix. I've even had to weld broken frames. The standard seat was pretty much the same suspension apparatus as a 1957 D-17. New shock/springs are available. New linkage bushings are available. All from DJS in Michigan.

The basic seat I normally put in new brass bushings and get the seat recovered. If its lasted 30-40 years already, another 20 and I'll be done.

It’s not the luxury seat. It’s pretty much toast. I was hoping for some sort of upgrade that can work fairly easily.

Tbone95 Here is a link to previous seat discussion from this Forum that might help you I have seen some 7000 Series Tractors fitted with the Milsco Seat ( shown on the 185 and 200 cab pic).  Please note the support frame discussion/pics later in the discussion As Dr Allis has noted, the Allis Chalmers standard seat frame/support parts/mechanism goes back to the D17 Series I. The Milsco Seat is an exact match to original Allis Chalmers seat (if ordered/supplied that model of seat).  Milsco (Milwaukee Seat Co) was a supplier to AC.  The only source for the seat is Serco Loaders, Two Harbours, Minnesota.  Their Dealers Network can supply the seat Good luck with your project
