Greetings Orange Family
I have question about the starter for my 8050. I have had it repaired or replaced multiple times (from a reputable electric shop), and it is acting up again. The video here shows the noise that we hear when starting it. Is there something in the engine that is causing the starter to behave this way, or have I just gotten bad starters? Here is the video on my page. Thank you,

I have two 8050 s, have never touched starters, one with 8500 and other has 12,000 hrs. Up here in Minnescrotum in the cold they get a lot of cranking.

Dead battery or batteries. Poor cable ends even if they don't bad.

All of the 8050s would have used a Nippendenso starter. The one in that video looks like an undersized Delco. The Nippendenso starters were superior in my opinion. Poor cables would be my guess also.
