They used to raise my 3-point fast enough that I did not have to slow down to lift my disc and turn.
Now I have to stop and after about 3 seconds they start slowly raising. Any ideas would be appreciated. |

Start with the basics, have you checked fluid level?
You didn't mention the tractor model, also if it has one, have you changed the filter and oil recently?

this time of year, a little water contamination can freeze and cause little ICE CHUNKS that cause problems in the pump... You could pull the drain plug and drain out a quart and get an idea of what the oil condition is..

The Allis C doesn't have a filter or even a screen on the pump inlet, unless one has been added at some time. Cruddy oil can gum up the check ball in the pump. I goo flush of the transmission/PTO/Hydraulic pump is the first and easiest thing to do.
The Ford should have a screen on the inlet down inside of the transmission case. Sometime you can back flush it by removing the tube from the transmission to the pump. Cruddy oil is most likely your problem here as well.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

The way you answered the one question about which tractor, you made it sound like the Allis and the Ford had slow hydraulics Possibly. That’s what Plummer and I were trying to clarify.

I re read OP and saw him say 3pt. But then later said 2 tractors with same problem so thought pull type with hydraulic cylinder
Need clarification now |

I guess I forgot about 3 point. The two tractors comment threw me off and I was thinking cylinder as well.
