I have owned a wonderful 650 crawler loader for the past 25 years that runs like a champ. I have two failing track rollers. Any leads on where I might find these parts new or salvage?

Oliverdave:  Will add what I can here.   At one time there was aftermarket support for the AC 650 series crawler loader -dozers relative to the undercarriage.   If you were to reach out to a vendor that has access to Berco undercarriage parts you might luck out and find a few rollers.  Industrial Tractor Parts, (ITP) might have a few left - I would start there - link here:https://www.industrialtractorparts.com/

Another option would be to take the rollers off, and go to your local shop to see if they have a wire feed machine that can build up the defective rollers.  Before a welding to return the profile to the rollers the axle shaft and bearing would need to be pressed out of the roller.  Any competent undercarriage shop should be able to perform the removal of the axle and bearings along with the build up of the roller.

Good Luck with this project and keep the forum posted on your progress.

It can, without a doubt be repaired somehow especially when there is no replacement available.
