Hello folks, new member here. I just bought an H3 track dozer and I'm trying to find the year it was made. The number stamped into the torque tube is "H3  1501". The serial number lists I've seen don't show that number. Does anyone know when this was made? Thanks, your posts have been very helpful.

Thanks, you all. It's been restored once and has at least 95% undercarriage but the right drive sprocket has a little wobble in it and rainwater got down the exhaust. I changed the oil and it turns over and has compression but I'm replacing all the ignition and gonna pull the head off and have hardened valve seats if it hasn't already been done and check the rod bearings. Then that final drive....ugh.... I'll put a picture up when I figure out how to do that.
