Greetings,
I have a XT 190 with a hydraulic issue. 800 to 900 psi on the raise function on the remotes, 2300 psi on the lower Tractor won’t pick heavy implements When hookup up the right way. When I switch hoses to the down coupling it will pick up anything? I can’t see how it would be the pump since I have good pressure on one side???????? I did change the relief valve with new one. No change? |

If your using couplers that are a ball inside, make sure the hose end is the same way. I was never able to get a pointed fitting to work in a ball style coupling or vise versa.

Tried new couplings on both sides. Still low pressure on the “raise” coupling. Normal pressure on the low side. It does the same thing on my haybine disc and c mulcher

Now, two new couplers to match the hose tips. EDIT: Just so you aren't wasting our time, when a coupler locks up and movement of the hyd cylinder stops, the engine will labor as the hydraulic pump makes 2300 psi against the relief valve. If the engine doesn't labor when movement stops, you have a bad relief valve, pump issues or low on hyd oil !!! HYD HOSES ARE CONNECTED IN PAIRS TO THE RIGHT OF CENTER OR LEFT OF CENTER ON THE TRACTOR, NOT ONE ON EACH SIDE.

Haven’t had a chance to see how much the engine labors when it completes cycle. They do stay in detent when the motor is of. I’m clear on how to hook up hoses……. Thanks for all your help . Just in case I’m going to buy a complete new set of male and female couplers and try that again
