When you say the hyd are weak, does that mean they are slow or that they won't lift. If you have a pressure gauge, you can hook in and see the pressure. If it is low, you might get by just by shimming the relief valve in the pump. If they are slow you will need to look into the pump and see why. Could be rollers, springs o-rings, ect. I just rebuilt the pump in a friends D-15 and found it was better to buy just the parts I needed rather than trying to find a kit.

there really aren't O rings to change. screw the relief vale all the way in them back out. try it it may loosen the stuck valve but probally not. take the pump off the tractor its only 4 bolts and will come out from behind the frame. dissasemble it and free up the stuck check balls and check for broken spring. most of the time stuck check balls are the cause for pump not working correctly.

Never been into a wd 45 but it is just as possible the packing in the lift cylinder is bad as the pump is going bad. So get a gauge and check pressure, cheap and easy.Well if this is one of the high pressure system AC's made a gauge maybe higher priced. But still test before just throwing parts at it.
I have been down the road of fixing pumps before and not fixed a thing.

Get your Orings from AGCO or chances are you'll get to do it again. They are not dime store Orings. They are better quality that that.

Very slim chance this is it. I had a bad roller on one of the levers on one of my WD45's. Actually ruined the cam lobe on the input shaft and sent metal all thru the pump. An used shaft, pump and a lot of cleaning its worked great since.

It's not a hard pump to work on. Lay out a clean towel and keep the parts in order. There is not a rebuild kit that I know of. Mine had a broken spring so I replaced all of them including the o-rings. If any of the balls are pitted or worn replace them also and reseat the balls with a flat punch. Good luck.

You have been given some bad advice from a few that don't what they are talking about. Check pressure first. If it is low, remove pump, disassemble, and check for worn parts. Replace all o rings, five springs on check balls, gaskets, and any thing you find warn. Reassemble, and reinstall on tractor. Recheck pressure and if it is low, you will need to remove pump (again) to add shims to unloading valve. MACK

I am kind of new on here. But have been in parts/service for 34 years. I am confused about the "bad advice" comment. Actually down right self conceited. I don't care who it was directed at. Of coarse installing a gauge is the next step after checking the oil level. But it is a 70 year old pump and all the advise I read was good whether common sense or personal experience. I maybe will just stay over on the Red Power forum as childlike snotty comments like that are very rare.

Or its out of oil, or the darned adjustments for operation aren't set up right. That's what I went through with mine...
