I have heard when you replace the torque limiter you need to break it in.What is the best way to do that? thanks

On an AC you do...don't know about the 9650?
405, 7000, 7050, 8050, 8070, L3, 2300 & 2600 disk

Yeah , i would think these are more advanced now - Allis had to - burnish- it 3 times ,, to make it stick/ work
