I don't understand why you are waiting. That looks like a very well maintained tractor

Couple things I spotted, Mower and both plows are missing important and harder to find parts. The tractor has mismatched rear tires. Headlights are missing and mounting is broken. The plus is the power steering and location is doable for hauling. I would contact Michael Crowe. He has some nice items for sale. He also loves to talk tractors. Just my thoughts.

Les,
It has a few issues but has some good features like power steering, fairly complete, lots of toys to go with it.
If it runs really good, (fresh engine) it may be worth that. I would try to buy it for less, but that's just me. The implements may all need some work? The WD45 should pull three 14 inch bottoms in most soils.
Several things I see:
Not correct seat
Radiator may be from a WD, has the shutter hole. I don't think a 45 had that hole?
Rad shell has had the swoop cut for the 12 volt alt to be added
No Decals
Dents in grill shell and grill, and hood.
Right rear lower fender needs repair
foot step is bent in a couple places.
Starter rod handle bent way out of position.
As mentioned rears not matched. If that's important, that change can be $800.
Battery box side and top missing
Make sure std drawbar parts come with it.
Frame rails are rusty towards front. Maybe painted over other issues??
inside of front wheel not painted, again just a little shoddy workmanship on the paint.
All these items can be fixed, but for the price its not a great tractor. Maybe a good working tractor as it sets. Depends what you want or need??
Not trying to discourage you from getting it. Just some details.
I have brought home tractors in WAY worse shape than this 45. Most of them needed a lot more than I thought.
The power steering if good (he says it leaks) is worth $500 to $1000.
Regards,
 Chris
