I recently acquired a D 15 Backhoe/Loader. Henry Mark IV hoe and TS500 Loader. Shuttle shift, running and operational when parked. Lots of work to do. Would appreciate any info folks have regarding this setup. Thanks

Congrats on your purchase! I suggest you ask one or two specific questions seeing everyone seems 'gun-shy' about getting started...

I have done a bit more investigation. D 15 gas, power  steering, with shuttle shift, Henry Mark IV back hoe unit. This appears to be known as the 615 Backhoe ? This has the D 15 nose and grill screen. I see pictures of some 615s that have a square looking nose. Was this the beginning of the I600 ?

This D-15 Industrial progression became an Industrial series II, then got the hard front which enclosed the front hydraulic pump and got hydrostatic power steering and became the I-60, changes mostly to the backhoe and it became the I-600. More upgrades and the 2200 diesel engine and it became the 615. 
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

My I 600 175 cu. in. diesel had the the hard industrial nose but only the 'side' hydraulic pump so the moment you depressed the clutch nothing worked. I don't remember the year the machine was made as I sold it about 35 years ago.

I have a I-600 loader tractor with 3 pt hitch and shuttle. The 3 pt is operated by the internal hydraulic pump and will stop if you depress the foot clutch. But if the tractor has a shuttle, the foot clutch is rarely used so the 3 pt is almost live all the time. The loader is run by a front mount pump driven by the engine crank.

Also to add,  some of the 615 Industrial tractors were equipped with the Allis Chalmers G-160 (gas engine).  Their were two engine options for the 615 either the diesel as mentioned in Calvins post  above or the Gas -160 block. 

All of the Allis Chalmers 615 industrials that I have seen had the hard nose grill with a front mounted engine driven hydraulic pump.

The front wheels have weights on the inside. Power steering. Certainly D series radiator and nose and hood panels. Front mounted pump that is protected by a substantial steel guard. I have not gotten a good look at the pump but I can see  the coupler is chain.
This one has the shuttle clutch on the left side, no power director, no rear PTO and no lift arms or rear hydraulics. The backhoe is a Henry Mark IV and the loader says TS 500. Fluid reservoir in the loader frame, what appears to be some sort of selector valve off of under the loader controls as well as a set of quick couplers on the pressure and return lines to the backhoe. The bell housing appears to have had a resident , ( probably mice ) as it has a buildup of what appears to grass hay chaff packed in it. I have it partially cleaned out and the clutch linkage somewhat freed up. I have some marvel in the cylinders. The oil and antifreeze looked good. The carb is soaking in solvent and will be rebuilt assuming  I get  the engine turning over without issues. This is a project. I have had an eye on this for 20 years. The owner recently passed and the person that inherited the entire farm is cleaning it up and getting ready for a sale. I stopped by and asked about the backhoe and was told basically," if you want it get it out of here". All I have is time in it at this point, will see where it goes.

selector valve is loader/hoe selector.  one way the loader operates and the hoe is locked out, the other way is vice versa...Wink
