Just got a hold of a D19 need to know what kind of oil goes in power steering and hydralics

The hydraulic oil is "821" power fluid. Most of the universal 20 weight hydraulic fluid will work. I'm not 100% on the power steering weve used the 821 in it for years right or wrong.

The universal Hytran fluid is fine for both I believe. I was told years ago to use Dexron II fluid in my PS on the 45 and did for a long time.
