Hi all - I'm a new forum member trying to help an old F40 fork lift find a new home.

The lift is located in central Virginia near the Richmond airport.  It is owned by my employer and was used occasionally until about 2.5 years go.  It ran and worked fine when it was replaced by an electric Crown to work in the narrower aisles of our warehouse.

I've attached an image of the data plate, but since it's a poor picture, here's a transcription.
Type:  G
Model:  F40-24PS
Serial:  55433000

Capacities:
 - Pound:  4000
 - COG:  24
 - Lift: 144"

The lift as an inline 4-cylinder and is powered by CNG.

It's been owned by the same business for about 10 years.  It has several non-OE service parts (seat, back-up siren, etc).  The unit has uniform surface rust all over; the battery shelf is pretty far gone but will support a battery.  The mast weeps a little, but only at or near full extension.

It is being sold as-is, for parts.  Additional pictures are available for interested parties.

The engine ran fine the last time it was used.  The cylinder will need to be re-filled or the buyer will need to bring a tank to start the lift.

I'm happy to answer whatever questions I reasonably can.

Thanks, all!
 - Drew
