When you guys clean your deck, do you put anything on it to help it to stay clean a little longer?  A friend said he put spray on tefelon, but I ain't never seen that in a store.

I have never seen spray on Teflon either. I imagine any type of non-stick cooking spray like ‘Pam’ would help. Actually any type of oil that you could spay on would be beneficial. Heck even waste oil spayed on should help.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I use Slip Plate. (I actually get mine at a local John Deere dealer.)

guy I worked for got slip plate in the brush on variety,  Good stuff.

Orrrr, you can do like me and don't look under there unless it is howling like an airplane.  LOL

Radiator Specialty company in the Gunk brand the Liquid Wrench spray with PTFE has Teflon in it. Great stuff that creeps in so is good penetrating oil , and the Teflon makes it very slick. 

Almost 40 years ago BIL and I where threading old rusty 2 inch pipe my dad insisted we use after we dug and boxed a spring for cattle water. Used every kind of cutting oil on the ranch. Had a spray can of the Liquid Wrench brand that said Teflon on the can back then, we could do without the 4 foot of cheater we had on the handle of the threader. 

It is harder to find than it use to be, but I still have a can or 2. Don't know how it will do for this job but can really help on rusty nuts and bolts.
