If anyone has a good picture of an assembled OKTractor new style 3-pt. hitch conversion kit for the WD, I'd much appreciate it if you would upload it or email it to me. We're trying to figure out how to mount it on the WD and don't have an illustration, instruction or picture. Thank you.

Thanks, Steve. My WD has a snap coiupler and the lift arm latches. The OKTractor kit appears to work with the lift arm latches with no problems. However, do I need to take the snap coupler off and use a regular draw bar?

There are two types for 3 points... one uses the snap coupler bar, the other uses the draw bar as shown above........ this is what you have.

I guess I'll need to take the snap coupler bar off and use the draw bar instead.

I wonder why they make the "mouths" on the adjusting links so wide........seems like the bolts, especially the ones connected to the lower arms would be prone to bending. If nothing else, it would seem a larger diameter bolt would be used.

If the top is wide enough to fit the latches (and from the picture, it doesn't look so), good but why so wide on the bottom end? That appears to be the area where the biggest problem would occur.
Looking at the other picture, it looks like there is an adaptor for attaching to the latch.

You would think anyone selling these 3pt concoctions would send along a good set of instructions with pictures for their customers that have paid a bundle to get there fingers pinched and backs sprained. However I suppose that's too much to ask from the parts pimps. The ones made like the bottom picture that are poor copies of the original Allis Chalmers are better because if you have one for every piece of 3pt equipment they can be left on the implement and then hooked up as easily as any other Snap Coupler equipment. Also you have the advantage of not needing to re-adjust all the settings when switching implements, as with Snap Coupler equipment.

yes... your lift arms may have latches on the top -- another variation.
