WD front wheel bearings

I know I've run across this topic before somewhere, but I sure can't seem to find it.  
Putting some wheel bearings together on a WD. Needed new bearings and races, so I just went to the dealer and bought the kit that has bearings, races, felt seal, and washers in it. 

So the cupped washer goes on first, with the cup toward the felt. Then the felt, then the big flat washer, correct?

My question is where the inner washer goes on to the spindle, it won't seat up against the shoulder due to the radius. You can see the gap in the picture.

So, if this is correct, do you just assemble it like usual, and tighten the nut down to smush the washer, then back it off and set up the bearings like normal? When I took it apart, the smaller washer had a radius that matched the spindle on one side and the inner race of the bigger bearing on the other.

	I made a topic when I redid my hubs and bearings on my NF WD last year. https://www.allischalmers.com/forum/final-update-on-my-wd-hubs-success_topic164181.html But ummm... Not sure about the big flat washer you have there. Seems like it should fit over that circle and fit on deeper, as I believe the felt washer fits between it and the actual bearing. The cupped washer gets pressed into place in the hub over the bigger bearing in the end.

	you dont tighten it down and smash the washer.. The washer has to have a big enough inner diameter that it set OVER the radius and flat against the backside.. When you set the bearing on the shaft, it has to BOTTOM OUT against the washer and be TIGHT against the back face.

	The cupped washer drops right into the hub as well. Something going on here, I'm thinking I got the wrong kits? Agco dealer sold me Tisco Part number 70228458

	well that is the right part number for the WC- WD... but agree, the parts don't look right. Maybe the Chineese made them in mm instead of inches ? do the bearings have the right number etched into the race ? Edited by steve(ill) - 11 Dec 2020 at 4:40pm

	OK. Talked to the dealer, asked him to double check the number. We measured s few things, the tisco kits match the OEM parts. He talked to his mechanic, who straightened us both out. The felt seal goes on the spindle. The cupped washer goes on next, with the cup toward the bearing. The large flat washer is for skipping across the pond because it is for a narrow front with bolted on spindles.

	Yep, here's what the parts look like on my NFE (this spacer I had a guy make me on a lathe to make up for excess wear from my bearings turning on the spindles after the races and bearings wore down): Then the cupped washer goes in towards the bearing: And then it all goes back together thusly: Works like a dream. 	Yup Parts Catalog says flat washer not used with adjustable front axle. Spacer shown in NFE picture not used either. Assemble: Felt Seal - Seal Retainer - Inner bearing cone ( packed with grease ) then hub with 'inner bearing cup' installed G
