The post earlier today  by smuggler mentions drunkin punkin , pretty clever,  I  speak of my old , long gone WD45 puller as the pretty one , my latest puller the D17 really doesn't have a name , but I do take a big majic marker and re-letter it every year as TEAM ORANGE PEEL, mainly cuz the paint is peeling and I am a bodyman/ painter too lazy to keep his own stuff up. { you should see my truck... yuck}.  Any way , what do you other orange pullers call your tractors?

Its not mine but one of my favorite names of all time was a D-21 called the "Allis Challenger". It was owened by Kenny and Shelly Bryan of OH. Im not sure if its still out there or maybe had a name change. I watch it years ago i havent seen it in about 10 or 15 years. I remember i remember it winning the local fair pull quite often.

When i will have an Allis for pulling i would name it " Milwaukee Express ", and paint on the side of the bonnet an Allis on a railway that's pulling a sledge with old and tired Deere's and IH's.

Our 1938 WC is "The 38 Special" complete with cheesy bullet hole decals!
B is "Auntie B"
C is "C-allis"
1937 WC is "Hank"

A name that I'd like to use sometime on an A-C puller is "Allis in Wonderland"

I think "spooky old allis "would be a good name. Kip theres a d-21 in eastern ny named "allis in wonderland" thats  a good name. The name for my tractor "smuggler" is a long story and an inside joke between me and a good frend of mine.

At the risk of getting shot, I will mention that I liked an MF1155 I saw one time that was called the Sassy Massey.
I saw Mean Old Allis on a D21 up in Canada too.

Here's a few I have always thought of
1. "The Alley-Cat"
2. "The Equalizer"
3. "Crazy-A-C"
4. "The A-C Express"
5. "Angry-Chalmers"
6. "Spirit of Milwaukee"
7. "The Dominating"-D21
8. "Uncle Ed's-Sledhandler" (in honor of E.P. Allis).
9. "Harvest Moon Allis"
10.and for our D17 I always wanted to call it "Little-Mean-and only 17"
10.

I call my B "Baby Allis"
