The other day something made me remember about 40 years ago the Ky weights and measures dept had a big truck that they carried their weights on to check the big scales with. If I remember right the truck had a G Allis painted gray just like rest of the truck they used to carry the weights to the scales with. I think they stradled the weight and had something to pick it up with. I worked in a service station then and we washed the whole thing several times because the operator lived here in town. Anyone else ever see a deal like that.JP
