Got my first catalogue from them. Full of fire arms and hunting stuff. I dont think the grandsons Shields catalogue has that many fire arms in it. Opening a store west of Des moines. Looks like a big ol store.

The Fleet Farms around here are going to hell. Since the Mills family sold out they've cut their inventory way back. Seems half the stuff I want they're out of.

Heard they got bought out by an equity fund company, building a lot of new stores, big ones too.

Ironic, the past 2 weeks have had a plethora of the "MILLS FLEET FARM" radio commercials
. I'm not even sure where one is locally unless they took over TSC ??

Getting disappointed here too. I am 45 minutes from 2 stores and 10 from a third. All stores are going down hill.

Have been to Fargo and Fergus Falls Mn, thought they were both pretty good but haven't been there now for 6 months so maybe getting worse. Might go to one tomorrow, not sure yet.

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

we have "Bomgaars" stores around here...another farm/urban store, they been busy buying up old Target and Wally world and Shopco buildings and adding to their fleet of stores, just moved into MN and have stores in NE,IA,CO,MN,WY. they are nothing compared to Rural King and TSC.

Ya Shameless. I'll drive 50 miles 1 way before I shop at the local Bomgaars. Prices are just way too high. Needed a trailer jack today $149.00 at Bomgaars. $97.00 at TSC. Same brand, same weight capacity's. New Fleet Farm opening up next week. Gonna wait a week or two before stopping in. Let the new ness wear off some.

Tom you got me excited for a minute there, then I looked at a map and don't think this new store will be any closer to us than the Ankeny store. We really like to just roam around in the store.
