D 17 Diesel ?

I ran across a '17 diesel at a local farmstead that has primarily older Oliver tractors as "museum" pieces. In the corner I spied some orange and investigated. It was a D 17 diesel with a snap-coupler but had a strange tall lever to the left of the seat and no lever on the right side of the torque tube like our D series had(15 and 17) to disconnect the snap coupler . Any Idea of the series of this machine ? The owners son says it runs and is curious if there's any value to it. I saw rim mounted wheel weights on it and was N/F. Are the '17 diesels "desirable" ?? What prompted my "snooping" was a snap coupler 3 bottom plow sitting in a fence row , never known this particular operation to have ever run AC equipment.

Yeah, that's pretty much how it goes. I did the engine first. Later on I did the pump and injectors. Then it was the transmission and Power Director. The hydraulic pump is next on the list. Still can't buy a new 55 hp tractor for what I've spent on this one though...
