WD45 front end

I have a few questions on a 1954 WD45 standard front end. First picture is the inside bearing on front wheel. The bearing is kind of stuck on the inside of the housing when I took off the front tire I was going to regrease the bearing but only could do the out side one.. what kind of bearing puller do you guys use to get that out? ?
Second picture is the nut you tighten on the hub.. I hand tightened it with a socket then backed it out a little till the cutter pin went in. Is that the proper way to do it? ?
Last question is I took off the square plate in front of the radiator to check the oil level on the front steering gears I want to change out the fluid but I do not see a drain hole? Is there a way to drain it out?
Looks like maybe some one covered the gears in grease many years ago but not much oil in it.it is suppose to have 140 gear lubes in it.

A lot of times they put grease in the front end because the cork seals leak. I resealed mine and filled it with corn head grease. I think it's heaver than 85wx140 and won't leak out as bad as heavy oil. Bottom picture looks ok. You might have to bend the cotter key more to get the hub caps back on. Someone else will have to comment on the top picture

On the inner bearing, what I see is a seal that was driven in to far...
 You will have to drive the inner bearing cone and seal out.
