Yep, my Mother used Epsom salts on just about anything that she transplanted. She had a routine and a recipe she followed from her dad. The only reason I'll ever get a green thumb will be when it gets gangrene......
I've tried a few times to get some growing, but never had it last more than that first year. Never came back up. But I've got nothing but sand. DANG....Edited by Ted J - 04 May 2020 at 2:38pm |

And they say 1 1/2 cup of epsom salt and 2 table spoons to a gallon of water is a home made roundup. Some say it kills in a day.

Guys, pearagrass is to me just like cooking eggs. I can't stand to be in the same house when the old gal is cooking the stuff. To me it Stinks. They say the morrell mushrooms are out. Needing it to warm up again. Might be able to find some this weekend before the grass and weeds get too high.

Joe, one formula is 1 gal. white vinegar, 1 cup of salt (or epsom salt), and 2 tablespoons of dish detergent. Some things it will kill in one day, some take longer, and rain will wash it off. Also it doesn't always kill the roots so you need repeated applications.

Joe, here is a link to a lesson on taking care of your asparagus: https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?v=2684497501780527&external_log_id=d76317f3580a111478409ee5e6f76922
I'm not smart enough to get the hyperlink to work so you will need to copy and paste.

Well I guess it will work without copy and paste. This guy does a good job of preaching on biblical prophecy also.
