When I turn the steering all the way to the left or right on my 190XT the tractor will stop just as if you put the clutch in. As soon as you turn the steering back the opposite way the tractor takes off again. It does this in both the low and high side. Other than when turned sharp the tractor pulls good with no slippage. Is the powerdirector on the same circuit as the power steering and if so is there a priority valve that could be giving me problems? I am wondering if the oil supply to the powerdirector is being interrupted.

The power director is on the same circuit as the steering. If you turn to the limits, there is not enough pressure to keep the clutch engaged.

Check you're oil level under the operators platform. You have two filling holes where a dipstick is.
It's right like Joe say's, the powersteering and PD are on 1 circuit. Also the hitch is connected to this.

You hit the nail on the head Mack. I pulled the spool out of the bore, cleaned things up a little and put it back together and now things are working as they should. Thanks!
