Is the hydraulic system on the 7060 open center or closed center?

I can't ever keep them two separated as to which is which. There's gotta be a simple explanation as to what makes each what. My 220 is one and my 8070 is the other. Are all closed system constant flow?

Open Center like on the 190 or IH 1066 is constant flow, variable pressure. Closed Center like in a Deere 4440 is constant pressure, variable flow. An Allis 7060 has a PFC system, (Pressure and Flow Compensated) which is variable pressure and variable flow. Most modern tractors have what the old 7000 series started with in January 1973.
