Just out of curiosity, when I "bypass" the log-in protocol pertaining to this site, am I in danger of corrupting my newly updated laptop as far as security issues go? The prompts that I get on my screen trying to log on make it appear that the world is coming to an end doing further attempts to log in will end in fire/brimstone LOL!! I just hit the allow button to get me "here".
Sadly, this computerized era that we live in and MOST sadly the BTO'S run their planters/sprayers/fertilizes apps and combines are really behind an 8 ball when something goes "awry" are going to get bit HARD, JMO. |

Sometime in the last two days a new icon showed up on my website address bar.
O with a i in it. That may have something to do with it. If you do not pay for the certificate, your site is branded as unsecure. Can you say "Shake down". $$$$ |

Likewise I was getting the "nothing here" message or 'you can't do anything here' for the last couple of days... so I waited... ... when I clicked on the place to come here now (by mistake) and here I am posting.

This is kinda a shakedown thing from microsoft or whoever it is that the "certificate" is purchased from because the site owner's "certificate" has expired ,,BUT does NOT mean that all of a sudden the site is dangerous or likely to be full of bad chit. I don't think the owner's not having paid up on time for their "certificate" has a thing to do with any security issues that come with said "certificate",,nor do the site owners have a responsibility to provide any such security for the end users. I'm here,,,Ya'll are here,,,everybody is here,,life is good,,,,, Now,,,watch all kind of CHIT happen to my PC,,,,!!!!

Cluck Cluck......
It hasn't happened for a day now, but it never was a problem. Just the certificate is out of date. Happens to a lot of sites. Yeah, I have to agree, Microsoft is getting $$$$ for this holdup tactics. Edited by Ted J - 22 Feb 2020 at 7:28pm |
