Ca anyone verify ,confirm that this is a AC crankshaft?
The motor tag shows. 2200. 4020150
                        2D 05833
I have never seen a crank with this large disc between the #2 rod journal and the center main

Would these internals be compatible, replacement parts for a later version of the D2200?
Motor ID. 2200.   4022674.    
            2D 53934

That is for the ring gear that drives the counter balancer on the higher HP versions.
I would believe that if the crank checks out good you should be able to use it.
On the crank look for a part number cast onto it and it might also have a P/N stamped on it. My memory might be a bit off on the stamped number; I think the later ones had a stamped number.
You'll also find a serial number stamped on it which is unique to each and every crankshaft.

So I could use this crank to replace the replace the damaged one in my 615 backhoe?
Also need 1 rod, lifter and camshaft?

Its been awhile since I worked on them 1969-1973 Department #75 (Engine asy/Latestock & Repair) and after I left and went into inspection (Department #82) there was major changes made such as turbo charging, intercooler and adding a counter balancer, so I can't say with any certainty as to which parts you can or can not swap over.

The crank u got pic of is the later crack fits both 2200 and 433t and I eng .the old crank don't have a spot for the gear on it by 1 and 2 rod .I have parts here for the eng if u need any .I even have a core eng here that stuck from setting. Message me if u need any thing .

The motor tag shows; 2200  4020150 and 2D 05833
The 2200 should read D2200. The D denotes that it's a diesel and if it had a G it would be gas engine. The 4020150 is the catalog number. The catalog number identifies what the end use of the engine will be "IE" what model of tractor, combine or power unit. Different uses defined what parts were to be used in its build. The 2D 05833 is the engines serial number and is sequenchal. If you had the line log book you could tell within a day the date that it was built.
All of the D2200, G2800,D2800 and D2900 were built on the same assembly line, line #4. build.  oftheit would
