frame kinda looks like it began life as a PowerKing/Economy lawn tractor. Front looks like it was heated and brought in some.

PK frame -

I'm not sure what it is. I would say it was put together. I'm with Joe, the frame looks like a Power King. It would get some attention at shows. Put an old twin Wisconsin engine on it, a Monroe-matic seat, get it looking straight and nice. People would be scratching their heads to figure out what model it was, and when AC built it. LOL!

Just noticed, the rearend is a car rearend. Has drum brakes. Also has 5 lug hubs, rims. Like the narrow front. Can't figure out the hood. Never seen anything like it. Also looks like there are some brackets under it for implements, maybe a belly mower.

It would be a good "project" tractor.

I dont think its a Pennsylvania Panzer as when I was much younger I worked for a Panzer dealer and they used the early Chrysler rear ends with the keyed axle and hub and were a third member style rear end not like the one pictured . They also had a round tube frame  . It could be an Economy but they had a wide front axle for the most part but a handyman with torch and welder can do wonders

I have no idea what it is, but I hope you bought it. The sheet metal has good lines to it - must of been an expensive machine when new.
