I went on Ebay for a replacement traction booster gauge and they wanted $109 for a "nonfunctioning" gauge.  What's the deal?  What are the choices?

Pay what they want, or buy a 5000 pound oil filled pressure gauge for $30. It won't say Allis Chalmers on it but it will show when the system is working. Charlie

Surplus has 5000# 2' dry gauges for $4.95.
Why do today what you can put off til tomorrow.

Some vendors on this site have new looking, non functioning ones cheaper.  It's the price you have to pay to keep your tractor looking stock.

OLDOUG on here redoes the gauges and makes them look as good as new. You can look at some of his work on andy gubbels web page. I would try him very honest guy to deal with to
