I saw them sitting beside each other at the steam show this weekend and the D21 made the 190 look like a toy. I couldn't believe the size difference. Now i want a D-21....

A D21 and a 220 are much bigger then a 190. On the Dutch Allis-Chalmers day, I parked my XT next to a 220 and a D21 to see the difference.

When the 190XT first came out farmers were outworking the nonturbo D-21s with their XTs. After that AC then put turbos on D-21s and became Series II.

I love my 190 XT, all around good workhorse. I can't believe the power it has. Very maneuverable, user friendly tractor. My D21, though, unfortunately doesn't have a PTO, and I don't have any tillage work for a tractor that size, so I haven't put over a half hour on it in 3 years. Darrel

Hopefully by next summer I'll have my 190xt back together and find out how much of a work horse it is.

Haha, that 4w305 is my desktop background on my school lap top. Gets some attention when I'm sitting in the front rows in my business classes with a tractor on my computer. All the snobby wanna-be investment bankers just don't understand....

whoever owns it is a lucky person. Just for fun I would take it to shows with a turning plow or a 2 basket tedder behind it and call it my light duty tractor.
Then I would take a B and put a New Holland 855 round baler (5.5x6) behind it. It's my whorkhorse.

Hurst, I get so mad when people act like complete snobs and look at us like we are retarded for coming from Ky and loving tractors.
My aunt went to NYC and someone asked where she was from and she said "Kentucky." The person responded by saying "Is that the state where you marry your cousins?"

That particular 4W305 belongs to Joe Kurzy, lives south of Wausau, WI. Flagship of a fabulous collection of newer AC tractors & equipment. Mike

We need a side by side of the HD41, 4W305, and a N7 Gleaner with a 30' head.

I love the looks of both the 190XT and the D21. Two of the best.
