Thanks Gary.

Last year, for the trip across Big Mac, I mounted my cam-corder on my D-10, but because of the vibration I didn't get any usable pictures.

Forgot to mention, that to keep up with the action , you need to refresh the page  often or your view will not change.  I think there were 850+ tractors registered.   I've got a brother in law who works on the bridge, I'll try to see if he can get the lady in the black pants and pink top to step aside so we can see tractors  , not her backside.

Thanks Gary. I'll be in the office today, working on a flaky plotter. Hopefully I can get one of the CAD machines logged onto the camera & enjoy the sight.

Whatever the wind is doing on land, double it and thats how it is on the bridge. If it blows hard enough the bridge will actually sway, if it blows to hard they close it

In high winds, the deck at midspan can actually move up to 35 feet

Well, got to look a couple of times, knowing how long  that span is, and seeing that line stretching all the way past mid-point says them there's a lot of chilly tractors!

actually it was a tad chilly in the morning, but the sun came out for the parade, and surprisingly at the top of the bridge there was less wind than on the up and down slopes....very nice ride this year!

local guy took photos off of the toll booth and handed out little pieces of paper with the website address so you could purchase your photo if he took one of you...he got most of our club....except the tractor that lost her front wheel in the middle of the bridge and needed the tow truck!  so heres his website to give him credit for the photo

Jeff, you were 30 miles away after you crossed , should'a came up . Ted[mi], and his son Nick[mi], were here for a visit , and picked up some D17 lamps. and we had a nice visit 'till their wiminfolk, got restless. I had a pickup in my shop to paint or I would'a been there. Going to Onaway in the morning to pull. I'll post the results tomorrow , if, I ain't too embarrassed. Wish me and the D17 luck.   Hey, BTW they  said there was an awesome D21 in the parade , did you see it?  Gary

Nope, not gonna be mad at all. It's a real strong runner now & can be counted on to do a days work. Hey, I just got the WD running this afternoon at 3:45 PM. Its going to be going down the road too, I think. Jim can't get up into the seat with his bad knees, and I'm looking at a yellow one to play with.

Problem is, we are running out of shed space FAST.
