AC WD Wiring Question

I am at the restore point of installing the new wiring harness. My question for this is the diagram says wire #4 (I think) to "Magneto Ground Switch to Ground". Are they referring to the kill switch on the Magneto? This is how I have it now (see picture), but not sure this is what they are meaning. 

I also have the manual, but honestly can't follow that thing for the life of me. If this ISN'T right, then where does this wire hook too? AND. . . . What wire goes to the Magneto "kill switch"? LOL

Yes, and the other end goes to a normally closed push pull switch at the operators station, in the "control" box.
