I have a tire that sprung a leak with calcium chloride peeing all over the wheel. Is there anything I can spray/toss/dump on there to neutralize the situation until I can get to taking the tire/tube/rim apart?

I have one doing it also, when I park it on concrete I make sure the valve stem is on the top. Sometimes I have to jack it up and rotate. I'd just wash it with a hose, isn't it basically very concentrated salt water?

Don't know of any "nuetralizing agent" (othe than lots of water and soap). Have noticed that the valve cores are the weak link with CaCl filled tires. I now change out the cores every other year (or more often if notice seepage). Rotate the tires so the stem is at the top, jack up the tire, bleed out the air, replace core and repressurize the tire.

Lots of water, then more water. If it is leaking into rim (inside of tire) you need to get it drained and off soon. I used a small pump to suck it out along with air into tube , rotate valve to top, air tire with valve core removed, attach hose and rotate to bottom as hose discharges into drum. Lower jack to create more pressure on tire bottom to force more out.
Jack it up and do again
