Jenny has to work seven nights straight. I decided to make something she could take to work for supper.
I went to the store for the makins for black bean chili. While at the store I saw some smoked cheddar cheese. I thought to my self how good that would be on a fried bologna sandwich. I was right. 👍

When I worked as a missionary in Venezuela, one time I got a hankering for some bologna but did not know what to ask for SO went to the store and looked....saw what seemed to be bologna so I asked for a small amount and sure enough I enjoyed.   Pray for them, they are between a rock and a hard place, hope they can resolve it without much violence.

Way to go guy. Old gal says we've started on this souped up diet. One of my fav's is chili with those black beans she uses. So Probably be short on the good stuff for a year. I did hear her on her tablet today
The guy teaching the class said we could eat all the bacon we wanted and be sure to use the grease to cook. And real butter could be used. Maybe themes a little hope?

Tom a few years back I gave up every thing white. Bread, taters, rice, pasta and anything fried. I lost 70 lbs in 8 months. Yes I was allowed real butter and bacon and and and they said that pork rinds are a good healthy snack.

Ted I’m back to eating what I want. It shows. I’ve gained back over half what I lost. Going back on the no carb diet soon. By the way on that diet I could have what I wanted one day a week. It made the good stuff a real treat.
My weakness is a burger and tots with the guys at lunch.

Potatoes and Pasta are the hardest ones for me to go without. The others aren't so hard.
